It’s not a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a functional office where the desks are a bit cluttered with notebooks and coffee mugs. We have a lot of stuff to keep track of, so there’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of working in this area. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just show up and handle the logistics and the paperwork. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good for getting things finished. We’ve been at this Bangalore address for a while and the routine is pretty set by now.
