Ice

You can find us at Bindhu, K No; 19, Shanthi Kuteer in Chola Nagar, which is part of the R.T Nagar P.O area in Bangalore. It is actually a house called Shanthi Kuteer, so it doesn't really feel like a typical business building when you first walk in. We go by the name Ice, and we’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Bangalore, which is nice when we need to focus. There are some trees around the gate and a small porch where we sometimes sit for a minute. Inside, we have set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the computers and the files, but we make it work. The landlord, Bindhu, is around sometimes, and we try to keep things tidy so we don't cause any trouble. Sometimes the Bangalore rain makes the roof a bit noisy, and we have to make sure the windows are shut tight. It is just a handful of us here, doing the daily tasks and managing whatever comes in through the mail or over the phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just a doorbell and some desks. It feels more like a home office than anything else, which keeps things relaxed even when we are busy with work throughout the week.
