S3 Enginnering

S3 Enginnering is located in the Peenya Industrial Area in Bengaluru. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know it is just row after row of small factories and sheds. We are tucked away in one of those units. Our daily work involves engineering tasks, mostly making or fixing small parts for the bigger companies that operate nearby. It is a greasy environment and the noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. There is no fancy reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you just walk through the main door and find someone working on the floor. Most of our staff live in the surrounding neighborhoods, so they just walk or ride their bikes in every morning. We have been in this same spot for quite a few years now. Bengaluru has changed a lot, and Peenya has only become more crowded and busier. It can be a real headache to get deliveries in because the lanes are so narrow. We don't use big corporate words to explain what we do here. It is just basic, honest engineering work. We look at the plans, use our tools, and finish the job as best as we can. There are no long meetings, just quick talks to get things done. We are happy to be part of this community.
