S V S Real Estate is situated at 39 Madivala Pillanna Garden, in the 3rd stage. If you are looking for our office, we are located right behind SS Electricals. That is usually the simplest way to explain where we are to anyone who is visiting for the first time. We deal with property and real estate matters in this specific part of town. It is a small, local operation that we have going on here. We do not have one of those big, fancy glass office buildings, just our own humble space in the garden area. Most of our time is spent out on the local streets looking at different houses or meeting with people who want to sell their land. We have come to know this neighborhood very well over the years. We know which houses have been standing for a long time and which ones are brand new. Madivala is generally a very busy place, but our little spot is tucked away behind the electrical shop so it stays a bit quieter. We keep all our property records in large binders. We do not really use much high-tech marketing. It is mostly just people talking to each other and recommending us. People come to us because they know we have been around for a long time. We have a few chairs and a simple table where we sit down and talk about prices. We like being part of the local community here.
