Our office is situated at 426 in Koramangala, specifically within Sector-34 A. It is a lively part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We have been working in real estate here for a while, and our setup is as simple as it gets. We don’t have any big signs or a fancy lobby area with a receptionist. It is just a couple of us at our desks, answering the phones and keeping track of the local listings. Koramangala is a place where things change fast, so we have to stay on our toes to know which flats are empty and which ones just got sold. We spend a lot of time out of the office, actually walking the streets and checking on properties. When we are inside, we are usually dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with this job. We try to be very direct with anyone who walks in. We don't like to waste your time with places that don't fit what you are looking for. It is a pretty straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work for us. The office can get a bit crowded when we have a few visitors at once, but we always manage. We know the shortcuts and the best blocks in Sector-34 A because we have lived and worked around here for years. It’s just our daily routine.
