S S R Real Estate Agency is based in Nagarbhavi at 42 1st Cross. We are located on the 3rd Main Road, and like many places around here, being near the Sai Baba Temple helps people find us. It’s a small office with a few plastic chairs and a table where we look over property papers. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. Mostly, we just know the local area and who is looking to move or sell. Real estate here changes fast, but we stay in our little corner and keep track of things the old-fashioned way. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking around the neighborhood and talking to owners. When we are inside, the door is usually open to let some air in. It’s a simple business. We keep our files in old metal cabinets that have seen better days. We don't make big promises or use complicated words. People come to us because they want someone who knows the streets and the houses around Nagarbhavi. Some days are very quiet, and we just sit and read the paper. Other days, we are running around from morning to night. It’s just the way this job goes. We’ve lived in this area a long time, so we know the lanes pretty well. The office isn't much to look at, but it's where we work every day.
