S S Corporation is located at Banaswadi 244. If you’ve ever walked down this stretch of Banaswadi, you might have seen our sign, though it’s a bit faded from the sun lately. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s a sturdy place, even if the stairs are a bit narrow and creak when you walk up them. Inside, it’s mostly boxes and paperwork. We deal with a lot of different things, so there is always a delivery truck blocking the driveway at least once a day. The neighbors used to complain about it, but now they just wave and wait. We try to be quick with the loading. My desk is right near the window, so I get to see the rain when it starts pouring down. That’s usually when we take a break because moving boxes in the wet isn't much fun for anyone. We don't have any corporate banners or motivational posters on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars from three years ago and some notes scribbled directly on the plaster near the phone. People call us up asking for all sorts of things, and we do our best to find whatever is sitting in the back of the warehouse. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. By the end of the day, my legs are tired, but it feels okay. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving along one day at a time.
