S R S Coffee

S R S Coffee is situated at 52/1 on St. Johns Road. We are right near the Lavanya Theatre, which makes us easy to spot if you are walking by. We have been serving coffee here for quite some time now. It’s a small place, and the smell of roasted beans is usually what people notice first when they come near. We don’t have fancy seating or a long menu with complicated names. We just make coffee the way we know how. The shop gets pretty busy in the mornings when people are heading to work or after the movies let out at the theater. We use a lot of local beans and the machines are almost always running. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but we move as fast as we can. It’s a bit cramped inside when it’s raining, but people don’t seem to mind much. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything. It’s just a local spot where you can get a hot drink and maybe a quick snack. The counter is a bit worn from all the cups, but that just shows how many people come through. We know the regulars and how they like their drinks. St. Johns Road is always moving, and we like being a part of that daily rhythm. It’s a simple business, just coffee and conversation, nothing more than that.
