S M S City Taxi Tours & Travels is based out of the Nagappa Complex. You can find us at number 24 Bannerghatta. It’s a lively spot to be in, that’s for sure. For years, we’ve been running our taxis from this complex and seeing all sorts of people come and go. The office isn’t much to look at, just a place for us to keep the keys and take phone calls, but it feels like home. Our work is a mix of city trips and longer tours. Everyone here knows the Bannerghatta area like the back of their hand. At S M S City Taxi Tours & Travels, there aren't any of those fancy apps or complicated systems. You just call us up or stop by the Nagappa Complex and we tell you if there's a car ready. It’s a lot of long hours and driving through some pretty heavy traffic, but it's okay. It’s what we do. Being fair with our prices and honest about how long a trip will take matters to us. This isn't some big corporate fleet. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living on the road. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets stuck in a jam, but making it right for the customer is the priority. That’s just how business goes when you’re on the street every day. The drivers just keep on driving.
