If you’re looking for S M Real Estate we’re located over in Krishnarajapuram. Specifically you can find us on T C PALAYA MAIN ROAD near the M.g.rd area. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now dealing with land and houses around here. The office is pretty basic with just a few chairs for visitors, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps and property papers pinned to the walls. KR Puram is growing fast so there’s always someone coming in to ask about a plot or a rental. We spend a lot of our time out of the office too showing people around different sites but this is our main base. T C PALAYA MAIN ROAD gets quite congested with all the bikes and cars but it’s a good location because everyone passes by. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us talking to people and trying to help them find a place that fits. Sometimes the deals take a long time to close and other times things move quickly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know. We just try to keep things clear and honest with the folks who walk in. If you see the sign on the main road that’s where we are, usually drinking some chai and looking over the latest property listings.
