S M Real Estate Consultants is based out of 1361 in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, right on S G Road. We are pretty close to the BEML Complex, which is a big landmark around here. If you’re familiar with RR Nagar, you probably know the area well. Our office is on the ground level, so it’s easy to just walk in from the street. It’s a simple place with a couple of chairs and a table where we sit down with people. We spend a lot of our time out and about, looking at different properties or meeting folks, so the office is mostly a place to touch base and do the boring paperwork. It’s usually got a bit of dust on the shelves from the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years, so we know the streets pretty well. We aren't big-time brokers with flashy cars or suits. We’re just regular people who know the local market. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. People usually find us because they saw our sign or someone they know told them to come by. It’s just how we do things here. We prefer the face-to-face way of doing business over anything else. It makes the day feel more real and connected to the people living around here.
