S L V Estate Agency is a small office located at 19 JP Nagar 1st Cross, on the 4th Main. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time. JP Nagar is a big area, and being on the 1st Cross puts us in a good position to know what is happening in the neighborhood. We spend our days talking about houses, apartments, and land. It is mostly about listening to what people want and seeing if we can find it for them. Real estate involves a lot of walking around and visiting different sites. We aren't some big firm with fancy brochures. It is just us here in the office, usually with a few maps and some ledgers. The 4th Main can get busy with local traffic, but our street is usually manageable. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who have lived here for decades. Sometimes a deal goes through smoothly, and other times it takes forever with all the paperwork. We just take it as it comes. Being at this address, we see a lot of people passing by. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a question about a property nearby. It is a steady way to make a living. We just keep our focus on the streets of JP Nagar and the work at hand. It's just us doing our daily tasks.
