Our place is in Peenya, right opposite Vidyamandir Road. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always something going on around us. We handle two main things here: cooking up food and making sure people have clean mineral water. The kitchen gets started very early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up. You can smell the spices and the steam long before most people are at work. Then there’s the water side of things, with the heavy cans being moved around all day. It’s physical work and it can get pretty hot in the back. We aren't a big fancy catering company with uniforms; we are just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us well. Whether it’s a small gathering or just supplying water to the nearby offices, we stay pretty occupied. The Peenya location is practical for deliveries, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us because they’ve eaten our food before or saw our water truck passing by. We just focus on getting the salt right and making sure the water cans are full and ready to go out the door. It’s a long day every day, but we prefer being busy over having nothing to do.
