You can find our office at 3510 Hindustan Aeronautits limited 2nd Stage, which is in the 6th Block. We are situated right behind New Horizon School. S L Realtors is not a big corporate setup. It is just a small room where we sit and talk about property. Most of our day is spent outside anyway. We are always going to see different sites or meeting owners who want to sell. Real estate in this part of town is always moving. One day a plot is available, and the next day someone has started digging a foundation. We try to keep track of it all, but it is a lot of work. The traffic near the school can be quite heavy during the morning and afternoon, so we tell people to plan their visits around that. We handle the paperwork for buying and selling, which is often a slow process. There are many forms and visits to government offices. We don't make big promises about getting things done overnight. It takes time. We just help people find a house to rent or a piece of land to buy. We know the local area well because we have been here for years. Sometimes people come in just to ask about the current rates in the block. We tell them what we know. It is a straightforward business based on just being around and knowing the neighbors. We stay busy with the phone and the files.
