S L Real Estate Agency is based in Nagarbhavi. We are located at number 48 in the Muneshwara Compound, which is right next to Ganraj Market. It is a very active area because of the market, with people constantly moving around and stalls being set up. Our office is just a small room where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a place to live or a shop to rent. Most of the time, we are not even in the office. We are out walking around the neighborhood, looking at different properties and talking to the owners. Nagarbhavi has a lot of different types of houses and buildings, and we try to know as many of them as possible. We help people with the paperwork and show them what is available in the local area. It is a lot of talking and a lot of walking. We do not use any fancy marketing or big billboards. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. Being in Muneshwara Compound for so long means we know the local lanes very well. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait, while other days we are busy from morning until night. It is just a normal local real estate business, trying to help people find a spot.
