S L R Real Estate is located at 56/17A in the Nanjappa Layout, over in Jayanagar 9th Block. We are right near the corner of 28th Main and 36th A Cross. It is a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main commercial roads. We have been working out of this small office for quite a few years. Most of what we do involves looking after the houses and the empty plots in this specific corner of Jayanagar. We know many of the families who have lived here for a long time. Our work isn't anything fancy. We spend our mornings answering calls and our afternoons out walking the streets to check on properties. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny office. It is just a basic workspace with some desks and a lot of paper files. We handle things like making rental agreements and helping people check the legal documents for their property. Sometimes it involves a lot of trips to the government offices, which can be a real test of patience with all the waiting. We try to be honest about the local area, like where the water is good or which streets get flooded during the rain. It is just the kind of local knowledge you pick up after being here for so long. We are usually here all day, just managing whatever comes through the door. It is honest, regular work.
