We have been working out of this office at 26/6 Kalasipalyam on NID Road for quite some time. It is a busy street with lots of trucks and movement all day long. Dealing with property around here means you have to know every corner of the neighborhood. We mostly handle local rentals and some land deals nearby. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local blocks. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few of us who know the area well. People walk in asking about shop spaces or small apartments. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to see different sites. The office is small, just enough for a couple of chairs and a filing cabinet. Sometimes it gets quite dusty because of the road construction, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know to come to NID Road if they need to talk about a lease or buying a small plot. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Some old buildings came down and new ones went up. We keep track of who owns what and who is moving out. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping our ears open. Usually we sit here till the lights go out on the street and then we lock up for the night.
