S K R Realtors is sitting right in Office No 100 inside the Sapthagiri Complex. If you know the Arekere Mico Layout bus stand on Banneraghatta Road, we are directly opposite that. It’s a very easy place to find because the bus stand is a major landmark for everyone around here. Our office is a simple one. We spend most of our time dealing with real estate stuff, mostly around the Banneraghatta area. People come in asking about plots or house rentals quite often. We have lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. It isn't a flashy place with marble floors or anything. It’s just a workspace with some chairs and a lot of maps and documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. The traffic on Banneraghatta Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but that’s part of the job. We don't have a big marketing team or a bunch of fancy titles. It’s just us helping folks find a place that fits what they need. We keep track of what’s for sale and what’s for rent. Sometimes things move fast and other times it’s slow. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful when people walk through the door of the Sapthagiri Complex.
