It is a practical space where we manage the rental stuff. Mostly we deal with paperwork for people looking for a place or some equipment, depending on what is available that month. The office is a bit small but it works for what we do. We have got a few chairs for visitors and a lot of filing cabinets. Dealing with leases means there is always some form to fill out or a phone call to take. It is not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy. We try to keep the desk organized, though it does not always stay that way when things get hectic. Moledina Road is a good spot for us because people can drop by easily on their way to other errands. Sometimes the address gets a bit confusing for delivery drivers, but we are right there at the gate. We do not do any big ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from neighbors or see the sign when they walk past. It is just a small team here making sure the agreements get signed and the payments are tracked properly. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a real neighborhood where people know each other by name.
