S J B Travels is based at number 37 in Banashankari 2nd Stage, specifically in Sandhya Nagar on Vishvamitri 3rd Cross. We run our travel business from a small office here. There are a couple of phones that ring throughout the day and a big calendar on the wall to keep track of bookings. We deal with car rentals and bus tickets for people going on trips. The office isn't very large, just enough for a few chairs and a desk where we handle the accounts. Sometimes the drivers come in to drop off keys or pick up their schedules. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go out of town at the same time. We spend a lot of time talking on the phone, explaining routes and prices. The street outside is usually quiet because it’s a residential pocket of Banashankari. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The furniture is a bit old and the paint is peeling a little in the corners, but it serves our purpose. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the board on the street. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to get the vehicles where they need to be on time. We also keep a stash of maps and local guides for anyone who stops by to ask.
