You can find our main office at 41276 B T M 1st Stage. We are tucked inside the CMM Complex in Papaiah Layout, which is part of the Old Madiwala area. It’s a busy place with cars constantly pulling in and out. S G City Taxi has been around this part of town for a long time. Our office is pretty basic. It’s where we keep the logbooks and where the drivers come to check in between trips. There’s a small seating area, but usually, it’s just a place for a quick break and a glass of water. We spend most of our time coordinating over the radio or on the phone. It’s a bit of a scramble when it’s raining or during the peak office hours because everyone is calling for a cab at the same time. We have a mix of cars and the drivers know all the back alleys of Madiwala to avoid the worst traffic. We aren't some huge international brand. We’re just a local taxi service that knows the city streets well. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets stuck in a jam, and we have to shuffle things around quickly. It’s not a perfect system, but we do what we can to keep the wheels moving. We’ve been in this layout for years and most of the shops nearby know our staff. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us and we keep going regardless of the chaos on the roads.
