You can find our office at number 8 in Immedihalli, on the 14th Main road. We’re part of the 2nd Stage, Phase II area, right on the W O C Road. If you’re looking for a landmark, we’re directly opposite Prestige Ozone. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. Here at S C T City Tours & Travels, we spend our days looking at maps and checking on vehicle schedules. It isn't always glamorous work. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down details on bits of paper. Our office is a bit small, with posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the marks on the paint. We like it here because we get to talk to all kinds of people who are planning trips or just trying to get across town. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so backed up that we can see the cars just sitting there for an hour from our window. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go somewhere. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big shiny lobby. It's just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we sort out their travel plans. It’s a straightforward business and we try to treat everyone who walks in the door like a regular person. That is the way we have always done things.
