Our office is at 26 C V Raman Nagar in Sector 31-D. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads and that suits us just fine. We have been operating Rupak Real Estate from here for a while now. The space is filled with maps of the sectors and stacks of papers related to different properties we are looking after. Most of the time it is just a couple of us sitting here answering the phone and talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or a bit of land. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical office where work gets done. Sector 31-D is a nice neighborhood and we have gotten to know the people living around here quite well. Sometimes they just drop in for a chat even if they aren't looking for a house. We just talk to people like normal and keep things simple. Real estate can be a bit confusing with all the rules so we just explain things the way they are. The office gets a bit of light in the afternoon which makes it a pleasant place to sit and go through the ledgers. We don't do much advertising because most people find us just by walking past or through word of mouth. It is a small local operation and we like keeping it that way. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and showing people around.
