Our office is located at 92/33 in Frazer Town, specifically on 1st Main, 1st Cross. We are right in Pearl House, which is pretty easy to spot since it’s opposite Global Axis. It’s a typical real estate office where the walls are covered in listings and local maps. Most of our time is spent answering the phone or heading out to show someone a flat or a patch of land nearby. Frazer Town is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We have a couple of desks that are usually cluttered with lease agreements and property tax papers. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just sit down with people and show them what’s available in the neighborhood. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just waiting for a client who got stuck in traffic, so we end up drinking a lot of tea. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we’re constantly walking around to check on different properties. Being in Pearl House is convenient for us since it’s central to the places we manage. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to help people find a place to stay or a shop to rent. We keep the doors open and hope the internet stays working so we can check the new listings. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town.
