Our office is located at 1 JP Nagar in Sakinaka. It's a part of town that stays active pretty much all the time, day and night. Being a realtor here means we see a lot of different people coming through the door. The space we have is quite modest. We don't really go for that high-end office look you see in those big glass buildings downtown. It’s mostly just us working at our desks with a couple of computers and phones that never seem to stop ringing. Sakinaka can be pretty loud with the traffic and the general bustle of the streets, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We deal with real estate around this specific area. Sometimes the day is very busy with meetings, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually sort through our old files. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who really know the local streets and who owns what. If you're walking around JP Nagar, you might notice our name on the glass door. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and looking at different spots in the neighborhood. The office is organized but it looks like people actually work here, with papers and coffee mugs around. We have a small table for visitors to sit at and talk. We usually have the radio playing low in the background to fill the space. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the properties nearby and try to keep things moving.
