Royalocitytaxicom

Royalocitytaxicom is based out of a small office at No 31 on Anjaneya Temple Street in Basavanagar. It is a pretty quiet street compared to the main roads, but we stay busy with the phones and coordinating drivers. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people in this part of town to get a reliable ride when they really needed one. It’s not a giant app-based company with billions in funding. It is just a local taxi service with drivers who actually know the shortcuts around Basavanagar and the rest of the city. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and making sure the cars are clean and ready to go. Sometimes a driver calls in sick or a car has a flat tire, and we have to scramble to make things work. That is just how the transport business goes. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just pick people up and drop them off where they need to be. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood going to the airport or the railway station. They like that they can call and speak to a real person at the office. We keep our records on a simple computer and try to keep the prices fair so people keep coming back.
