Royale Realtors is tucked away in the Vijaya Kiran Building, which is over on Victoria Road. Specifically, we are at d6/1 32 in the Vivek Nagar area. If you know where the Life building is, we are right behind it. It’s a bit of a hidden spot but once you find Victoria Road, it’s not too bad. We have been working out of this office for some time now. Dealing with property and real estate in Vivek Nagar keeps us pretty busy most days. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and talk to people about what they are looking for. The Vijaya Kiran Building has a few other businesses in it too. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood or driving to different sites. Real estate involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, so that’s what our desks usually look like. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just like working in this part of town and helping folks find what they need. Being behind Life makes it a little quieter than being right on the main street. We just open up in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine here at d6/1. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know where to find us.
