Royal Real Estate is located at 74 Kamanahalli Main Road. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Niligiris store, which is a big landmark around here. Kamanahalli is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our windows. Our office is a practical place where we keep all our property listings and files. We don’t have any marble floors or expensive art. It’s just a place to do business. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and showing different apartments or houses to people who are moving to the area. Kamanahalli has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen it happen from our spot on the main road. Sometimes we have people just walking in from the street to ask about rents. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just tell people what the rent is and what the condition of the place is like. It’s a very hands-on job. We are often out on our scooters going from one building to another. When we are in the office, we are mostly on the phone or updating our notes. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we like the variety of people we get to meet every day. The office door sometimes squeaks when it’s humid outside, but we don't mind it much as long as people keep coming in.
