The 7th Main road can get a little dusty when the wind picks up, and there’s always some construction happening nearby. We aren’t a large firm with fancy departments; it’s mostly just a few of us working together on blueprints and metal parts. The office part is small, with just enough room for a desk and some filing cabinets that have been here for years. We spend most of our time out on the floor where the real work happens. It’s a practical environment, and we like it that way. Chikkalsandra has changed a lot since we first set up here, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We start early, have our tea, and get to work on whatever is on the bench that day. There isn't any corporate polish here.
