Roshan Tea Stall

Roshan Tea Stall is located at 152 Thimmaiah Road, right near the Gokhale Nagar Road intersection. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. I’ve been running this stall for a long time now. Most mornings start early before the sun is even up properly. People from the neighborhood stop by for a quick cup while they are headed to work. We also get a lot of people walking over from Thimmaiah Road during their breaks. It's just a simple setup with a few benches. We don't have a menu with a hundred things on it. We just make tea and a few snacks every day. The stove stays hot from morning until we close up in the evening. It gets noisy with all the traffic passing by Gokhale Nagar Road but that’s just how it is here. I do most of the work myself, sometimes a cousin helps out when it gets really crowded. We don’t use any fancy machines or anything. It’s just the old way of doing things. People like it because it’s familiar. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here as adults. It’s just a local spot for a break. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the smell of the tea. It stays busy enough for us to keep going every single day without much trouble.
