We are Roshan Realtors and our office is located at 4 Lingarajapuram Main Road. It’s a straightforward spot to find because it is right on the main road. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss it. The office itself is quite basic. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and some desks where we keep all our files and paperwork. Being on Lingarajapuram Main Road means there is a lot of noise from the buses and bikes passing by all day. We are used to the sound of traffic now. We started this business because we knew the area well. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time out of the office looking at properties, but there is usually someone sitting inside. If the door is locked, it just means we are out on a site visit nearby. We don't have a website with fancy photos. Most people just walk in or call us after seeing the sign. We keep things honest and tell people what we know about the local spots. Sometimes we have a lot of listings, and other times it's slow. We take it as it comes. It's a simple life running a real estate shop on a busy road. We just try to be helpful to anyone who stops by number 4.
