Roopa Store

Roopa Store is over at number 40 in Phase 3B2 of Ganganagar. It’s a quiet part of the area. We’ve been here for a long time. The store is just a small room packed with whatever we think the neighbors might need. We have snacks, some household items, and basic groceries. It’s the kind of place where you can just run in if you forgot one thing for dinner. I am usually here from early morning. The front door is always open unless it’s raining hard. Ganganagar has its own pace. It’s not as fast as the center of Bangalore. We like that. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We’ve seen their kids grow up. The shop hasn't changed much since we started. The paint is a bit faded and the counter has some scratches. It’s a real place. We don't use any fancy systems to track things. We just keep a notebook and use our memory. Sometimes we run out of bread or milk before the day is over. That’s just part of running a small store. We don't have big advertisements. People just know we are here. It’s a simple way to earn a living. We just keep things moving and talk to the people who walk through the door. It is what it is, and we are happy with our little shop here in the middle of Ganganagar.
