Our office is based in Srirampura, on the first floor of the Rajesh Tukaram Shet building. Robert Bosch India Ltd is right here on 4th Main Road in Maruthi Extension. This area has a lot of character. It’s an older part of Bangalore and the streets are narrow and busy. We like the energy of it. The office itself is quite simple. We have our workspace set up, and it’s nothing too fancy. We do a lot of the backend stuff for the company here. It’s a lot of data and coordination. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look. As long as the work is correct, that’s what matters to us. We’ve been in this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. There’s a tea stall just down the road where most of us go around four o'clock. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job. The building is easy to find if you know the Maruthi Extension area. It’s a practical place to be, and it gets the job done for us. We don't spend money on expensive decor. We just have what we need to get through the day's tasks. It’s an honest, hard-working environment and we’re okay with that.
