Rks Realty is over in Frazer Town at 41427. Frazer Town is one of those places that still has a bit of the old character of the city, and we really like being here. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy with maps and rental agreements. We help people find apartments to rent or houses to buy in this area. It’s a lot of walking around to check on properties and meeting with owners who have lived here for generations. Real estate can be a headache with all the legalities, so we spend a lot of time just talking things through with people. We aren't like those big corporate firms that only care about the commission. We actually live around here and want to see the neighborhood do well. Sometimes we tell a client a place isn't right for them even if it means we don't make a sale that day. It’s better to have a happy neighbor than a quick profit. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices or if any new listings came up near the main park. We just take it one day at a time, keeping our notes organized and trying to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in the door looking for a home.
