Out on Kale Padal Road, specifically at number 1085/2 in Shankaranagara, is where we're set up. You’ll find our office in the Kondappa Building, which is right across from the old saw mill. Revi Real Estate is what we call the business, but it’s mostly just us working out of this one spot. The saw mill is a good landmark because people always get lost on Kale Padal Road if they aren't from around here. Shankaranagara is a growing area, lots of new stuff being built, but we’re in one of the older, more established buildings. The Kondappa Building has been around for ages. It’s got that old-school feel to it, thick walls and not much flash. We deal with property and land around this side of town. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors. We don't use big fancy brochures or anything. Usually, it’s just notes on a pad and showing people where the boundaries are. The noise from the saw mill across the street is something you get used to after a week or two. It’s a busy road with trucks and bikes passing by all the time. Being at 1085/2 makes it easy for locals to find us when they want to sell a plot or find a house. We know the area well because we live and work right here. No corporate headquarters, just a desk in Shankaranagara where we handle the day-to-day business honestly and simply without any fuss.
