Rental Ken Realtors

Our place is at 44 Mathasha Golde View on the Domlur Inner Ring Road. Being on such a major road means there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. Rental Ken Realtors is a small setup. We don't have a big glass storefront. It’s just an office where we keep track of all the houses and apartments we manage. The walls are covered in maps of Domlur and the surrounding areas. We spend a lot of our time out on our bikes, going from one property to another. Real estate in Bangalore is always a bit of a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate between owners and tenants. The office itself is a bit cluttered with keys and lease agreements. We have a small table where we sit down with people to go over the details. We aren't the type to wear suits or use high-pressure sales tactics. We just show the place and tell people the rent. It’s pretty simple. The building has a bit of an old feel to it, and we’ve been here long enough that the watchman knows us well. We usually get a lot of dust from the Inner Ring Road, so we have to wipe down the desks every single morning. It’s just part of the routine. We enjoy the work because we get to meet all kinds of people every day. That's the best thing about the job.
