We are located in Richmond Town, specifically Mahajan Nagar 6. This part of the city has a lot of history, and you can still see it in some of the older buildings nearby. Our office is a modest one. We aren't into the whole corporate branding thing where everything has to be a specific color. We just have our desks and our computers and we get to work. Richmond Town is a good spot because it’s central, so getting to other parts of town isn't a total nightmare, though it's never exactly easy. We handle a lot of different types of properties. People walk in with all sorts of questions, and we just try to give them a practical answer. We aren't here to sell dreams; we’re here to help people find a place that works for them. The staff here is pretty relaxed. We’ve been working together for a long time, so we don't need to have a lot of meetings to know what's going on. We just talk across the room. There’s a lot of walking involved in our jobs, going from one building to another to check on things. By the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. We just keep things simple and honest. If a place has a problem, we say so. That’s just how we operate here in Mahajan Nagar.
