We’ve been here at Building No-59 in the Manirathna Complex for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s so close to the Malleswaram Big Bazaar. It gets pretty busy on the 11th Cross, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or doing their shopping. We just focus on getting the coffee right and making sure the beans are fresh. Being in S.P. Extn means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. It’s a tight space but we make it work. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare but once you step inside, it smells like roasted beans and things quiet down. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor, just simple tables and chairs where you can sit for a bit. My staff and I are usually busy with the grinders. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The Big Bazaar brings in a lot of foot traffic, but we still have our regulars who come from just around the corner. It’s just a straightforward coffee business. We handle the sourcing and the roasting ourselves because that’s what we know how to do. If you are walking down 11th Cross, you’ll probably see us. We are right there in the complex. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local place trying to keep up with the demand for a good cup of coffee in Malleswaram.
