Regal Tea Centre

Regal Tea Centre is tucked away in the Jamia Masjid Building, specifically at 5/A Narasimharaja road. This part of City Market is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so it can get quite loud outside. We have been operating from this building for years, surrounded by the smell of different tea leaves and the general chaos of the market. Our space is filled with big sacks of tea and smaller packets ready for people to take home. It is a very practical setup with wooden counters and shelves that have seen better days. Every morning starts with moving boxes around and getting the different grades of tea sorted out. The building itself is an old landmark, so most people know where it is even if the streets get confusing. We get a lot of regulars who have been buying their tea here for a long time. They just walk in, say what they need, and we weigh it out for them. It is not a quiet place at all, especially with the mosque nearby and the main road traffic right there. The floors are usually covered in a bit of tea dust by the end of the day. We don't bother with fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a tea shop in the middle of a very busy market area where work starts early and ends late. The building has a lot of history and we are just one small part of it.
