Realty Corporation

We’ve been at 869 Byappanahalli for a while now. Most people know the building because we're right across from the Domias Pizza. It’s a busy spot but easy to find once you are in the area. We go by the name Realty Corporation. We just handle property stuff around here, mostly helping people with their paperwork or looking for a place to stay. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when people drop by without calling first to ask about rentals or land prices. It's just a few of us working here at the desks. We deal with the boring bits like the legal documents and making sure the deeds are right for buyers and sellers. It isn't anything fancy, just a local office where we keep the files and meet with clients when they have a free moment. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started, but we're still in the same spot across from the pizza shop. We mostly focus on the area right around Byappanahalli. It's practical work, helping people find a decent place or getting their house papers sorted out. We don't have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines, just some basic chairs and tables for meetings. People come in, we talk about what they need, and we see what’s currently available on the market. It takes some time to get everything right with real estate, so we spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking the latest maps.
