We are located at 128 Cubbon Road, 2nd Cross, on Dispensary Road. Our office is right above the Shoe Mart. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get there. Realtor has been in this location for quite some time. Being above a shoe shop means there’s always people coming and going downstairs. Dispensary Road is a narrow, busy street, and Cubbon Road is just around the corner. It’s a very traditional part of town. Our office has large windows that let in some light, but they also let in the sounds of the street vendors and the traffic outside. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or a modern interior. It’s mostly just old wooden desks and shelves filled with thick ledgers. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper sometimes. It’s a bit dusty, and the floorboards creak when you walk on them, but it has character. We don’t spend time making ourselves sound important. We’re just here to help with whatever property needs come our way. Most of our day is spent talking to people who have lived in this area for generations. It’s a slow, steady kind of work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. If you’re near the Shoe Mart, you’re basically there already. Just look for the door next to the shop and head on up to see us.
