We are located at 63/3 on 21st Main, over in the Muthurayaswamy Layout area. It is part of Sunkadakatte, near Srigandhada Kaval, just off Magadi Main Road. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery drivers, but once you find the turn, it is easy enough. Rays Control System Pvt. Ltd. is not a massive factory; we have a more modest setup here. We do a lot of the assembly and testing of the control units right on these benches. The floors are concrete and the walls are mostly covered in wiring diagrams and old calendars. It gets pretty busy on the main road, so we hear the traffic all day, but inside the layout, it is a bit calmer. We have a small team, and everyone knows their way around the systems we build. We are not big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just show up, see what is on the list for the day, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is behind, and other times we finish early if things go smooth. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually take our afternoon break. It is a basic, hard-working environment without any fluff. We have been in Sunkadakatte long enough to know the local shortcuts and the best places to get hardware. It is a solid place for what we do and the rent is fair.
