We are located at 440 Basaveshwara Nagar. It’s very easy to find because we are right near the Basaveshwaranagar Water Tank bus stop. You can see the big tank from our window. Most days start really early here. The drivers come in to pick up keys or just have a quick tea before heading out. It’s a lot of coordination. Phones ring quite a bit with people looking for rides to the airport or just across town. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit hectic when the traffic is bad. Basaveshwara Nagar is a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of the city. We have been in this spot for some time. The office is small, just enough space for a couple of chairs and the dispatch desk. We don’t have any fancy waiting room. Mostly, people just call us up. We know the roads around the water tank like the back of our hands. Sometimes the bus stop gets really crowded and it’s hard to pull the cars out, but we manage. It’s a simple business. We focus on getting the cars where they need to go. Maintenance takes up a lot of our time too. Checking tires and making sure everything is running right. It’s just us doing our job every day. No big corporate talk, just cars and roads. We keep a ledger for all the bookings and it’s always full of scribbles.
