Ramz Estates

We’ve been working out of 19 Indira Nagar for quite a while now. It started as a small desk and a few chairs when the area looked a lot different than it does today. Ramz Estates is mostly just us helping neighbors figure out where they want to live or what to do with a piece of property they own. People drop by the office to ask about rents or if we know anyone looking for a shop space nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the streets here. It is not a big corporate setup with fancy brochures or anything like that. We just know the lanes of Indira Nagar pretty well because we live and work right here. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing for folks, so we try to explain things in plain words. It gets busy during certain months, and other times it is quiet enough to have an extra cup of tea while waiting for a client to show up. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s mostly word of mouth that keeps us going. If someone needs a house or has a plot to sell, they usually find their way to our door. We keep it simple and try to be honest about what a place is actually worth. That’s just how we do things at our little spot in the neighborhood.
