Our office is at number 80 in Konena Agrahara, on 9th Main in Vijaynagar 2nd Stage. We’re in Mahesh Nivas, which is quite close to the HAL Airport Road. We spend most of our time dealing with houses and apartments. Whether it’s someone looking to rent a small flat or a family wanting to buy a bigger place, we try to help them find something. It’s a lot of running around the neighborhood. We know these streets pretty well because we’re always out showing properties. The office is just a place to keep the keys and do the paperwork. It’s not very fancy inside. We have a lot of local knowledge about who is selling and what the prices are like lately. Real estate can be a bit unpredictable, some weeks are quiet and then suddenly everyone wants to see a house at the same time. We don't use high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show the place and let the people decide. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting folks at different gates. We’ve been in this part of town for years. It’s busy near the airport road, but we like the energy of the area. We’re just a small team trying to make a living by connecting people with homes. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. We usually keep some water for guests.
