Ramson City Taxi

Our office is tucked away at 186 Marathahalli on the 4th Main, right on Tulasi Road. It’s a busy little stretch of road with shops and people everywhere. We run the taxi business from a small room that’s usually filled with the sound of several phones ringing at once. The drivers hang out nearby when they aren't on a trip, often just chatting or grabbing a quick bite. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and trying to figure out which car is closest to a pickup. Marathahalli traffic is no joke, so we are always talking about which backroads are clear. The walls are a bit plain and we have a few old calendars hanging up. It’s a simple operation where we just focus on getting the cars out on time. Sometimes a car needs a quick repair or a wash, so there is usually some activity happening out front. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on Tulasi Road. It’s a practical job that keeps us busy from early morning until late at night. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us, the phones, and the drivers making sure people get where they need to go. Every day is different depending on the weather and the traffic, but we just keep at it and hope for the best. It's a living and it keeps us on our toes.
