Our office is over at number 152 in Sector 5, right by the Ring Road near the Canara Bank. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming through Koramangala and HSR Layout. We spend most of our mornings checking the listings and making sure we haven't missed any messages from the day before. The area around Naroda Village has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen new buildings going up every time we look out the window. It’s a lot to keep track of, honestly. Some days are just spent on the phone, talking to owners and trying to coordinate keys for showings. We don’t really do the whole fancy marketing thing. We just talk to people who come by. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing in the room besides us. Dealing with property around here means knowing which roads get clogged during rush hour and which sectors are getting the new water lines. It’s practical work. We handle the documents, talk to the bank people occasionally, and make sure the files are in order. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and maps spread out everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people find a decent roof over their heads without too much fuss. Most of our day is just being available when someone needs to look at a flat or a piece of land.
