Raju Real Estate is over at No. 30 in Basavanagudi. We are situated right opposite the Mahila Mandali School Road. It is a nice part of town with a lot of trees and old buildings. The school nearby means it gets quite busy in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are coming and going. Our office is a simple setup with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on. We have been doing real estate work here for a while now. We mostly focus on the houses and apartments in this specific area. Basavanagudi has its own character, and we like being a part of it. We spend our time checking on listings and talking to owners. It is a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork that takes all day. We are not a big, fancy firm with lots of staff. It is just us doing what we can with the property matters that come our way. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone is looking for a place, we usually have a good idea of what is available. We keep things simple and do not make any big promises we cannot keep. It is just a normal local business helping out people who need a place to live or work in this neighborhood.
