Raju Real Estate Agencies

I have been running Raju Real Estate Agencies for quite some time now from our spot in RT Nagar. We are at K/16, which is basically right behind Kaveri Talkies. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the cinema is, even if they aren't from around here. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of papers and maps of the local layout. Real estate around here changes so fast, it is hard to keep up sometimes. I spend a lot of my day walking around the lanes of Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar showing people different houses or plots. It is not always easy work. You deal with all sorts of people, some who are very picky and others who just want a place to stay. I don't use any fancy websites or big billboards to get people in. Most folks just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them about us. The chair in my office is a bit squeaky and the fan makes a clicking noise, but it works for me. We just focus on finding what people need without making it complicated. If you are ever near the talkies and looking for a place, you can just drop by. There is usually someone here to talk to, unless we are all out on a site visit.
