Rajesh Rao is based out of 24 6th Cross, 4th Main in Bangalore. It’s a fairly quiet part of the city, at least compared to the main hubs. The pin code is 560021, and we’ve been here for a good while. The office is really just a room in a building that’s seen better days, but it serves its purpose. There’s a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. Bangalore weather makes it easy to keep the windows open most of the time, though the dust can be a bit much. I don't really go for those fancy office setups where everything is polished to a shine. Here, things are a bit more real. You might see a coffee stain on a notebook or a chair that squeaks a little when you sit down. It’s just how we work. The 6th Cross area is mostly families, so it stays calm during the day. Sometimes a neighbor stops by for a chat, or the mailman takes a break in the shade nearby. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. If you want water, you go to the kitchen and get it yourself. It’s practical and straightforward. We handle our own calls and manage the schedule as it comes. It might seem slow to some, but we get everything finished eventually without needing any big corporate rules.
